Second bedroom has full size/queen bed and has its own private bath with shower stall. It also has a pocket door for extreme privacy from rest of condo unit which is a great feature. It also has its own private balcony with great sunset
views. Each bedroom is located at separate ends for privacy. Living room and bedrooms have televisions. Phone in unit provided for local calls. Long distance calls must be made with cell phone or calling card.

January through April - $3,100.00/month,
June through September - $1,600.00/month.
November - $1,800.00/month.
December - $2,500.00/month

SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $1,000.00 REQUIRED.
Upon vacating unit will be inspected by caretaker and deposit will be returned promptly less electric bill (will provide tenant with copies) and cleaning fee ($100.00).
